TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving pipeline growth by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting strategies for an EHS+ software platform. Location: Must be based in or near Toronto, Canada (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify Sales Accepted Opportunities.
  • Perform outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach, to build a consistent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to research and prioritize target accounts.
  • Maintain and validate sales data within Salesforce.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the software platform to prospective customers.
  • Report on market trends to support sales and marketing messaging strategies.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures and identify key decision-makers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Toronto or surrounding area for hybrid requirements.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
