What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of Android, Backend, iOS, and Web engineers to deliver foundational engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to identify platform opportunities and increase team velocity.
• Manage delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog and prioritizing technical debt and maintenance.
• Elevate engineering quality standards by championing testing practices and delivery rigor.
• Coach and develop engineers through mentorship, performance management, and career growth support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Company participates in E-Verify).
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing platform or foundational engineering work.
• Proven track record of delivering internal platform work across single and multi-platform environments.
• Experience leading high-performing engineers through the discovery and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and architectural patterns for high-traffic mobile ecosystems.
• Experience building systems designed for scale, reliability, and experimentation.
