Salary: $230,000–$280,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own execution across multiple teams, driving complex initiatives to completion by aligning priorities and managing scope trade-offs.
• Shape the 6-12 month technical vision for your domain to anticipate scaling challenges and integration requirements.
• Influence the roadmap and prioritization by connecting engineering work directly to company OKRs.
• Develop the next generation of leaders by mentoring high-potential ICs and creating forums for cross-team learning.
• Partner with product and design to own 0-to-1 initiatives from inception to launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years managing software engineering teams in a high-growth product environment.
• Must be based in or commutable to New York, NY.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and make decisions under uncertainty.
• Proven track record of collaborating with product and design to ship 0-to-1 products.
• Experience meaningfully integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric instincts backed by comfort with data.
