What you will do

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams focused on AI-native developer productivity.
• Translate strategy into scalable platforms for code review, agent infrastructure, and self-service LLM access.
• Define the operating model and engineering standards for AI-native software development.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across infrastructure, security, compliance, and product engineering.
• Build measurement systems to distinguish real productivity from vanity metrics using data-driven approaches.
• Manage AI governance to ensure security, cost control, and operational safety are integrated into the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, or developer tools, including leadership roles.
• Experience managing teams delivering large-scale technical platforms with executive visibility.
• Deep fluency in CI/CD, code review, testing, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to reason about agent workflows, LLM governance, evaluations, and operational risk.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong track record of leading meaningful organizational change and behavioral shifts across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM platforms, agentic workflows, or AI governance in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with engineering productivity frameworks such as DORA or SPACE.
• Experience leading platform adoption or infrastructure modernization at scale.
