Salary: $248,000 – $279,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead a team of full stack engineers to shape the core product and build delightful user features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, UX Research, and Marketing to define the roadmap.
• Make first-principle decisions on resourcing and strategic planning.
• Drive product decisions and maintain a high bar for feature quality.
• Stay hands-on by reviewing code, brainstorming technical solutions, and implementing changes directly.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer across the stack (mobile, web, backend).
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• Proven experience working in product teams with clear metrics-based goals.
• Strong product sense and a deep understanding of the hirify.global user experience.
• Ability and willingness to be hands-on with code.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Background working on social or messaging consumer products.
