TL;DR

Enterprise Product Lead (Fintech): Owning the product roadmap for Truework's enterprise customer segment, translating complex needs of large financial institutions into scalable solutions with an accent on reliability, trust, and compliance. Focus on building deep relationships with enterprise clients, defining KPIs, and driving platform investments to support enterprise-grade scale.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week in office at hub locations: Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile.

Salary: $247,000 - $290,000 USD (San Francisco, CA range).

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for the enterprise customer segment, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers, serving as the primary product voice.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize, and ship features meeting enterprise standards.
  • Define and track enterprise-specific KPIs including adoption, retention, and verification performance.
  • Represent the enterprise customer perspective internally to influence platform investments and partnership strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in fintech, compliance, or a regulated industry.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to align Engineering, Legal, Ops, and Sales.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work from a hirify.global hub location (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago) 3+ days per week.
