What you will do

• Lead engagements with internal stakeholders and end users to identify and deliver core functional solutions.
• Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product feature development from conception to launch.
• Lead and manage a small team of product managers to drive successful outcomes.
• Own the product roadmap for specific platform segments, ensuring timely and in-scope deliverables.
• Monitor post-launch performance and continuously seek opportunities for product improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or wealth management.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams, sprints, and driving a product roadmap.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex, ambiguous problems through innovative solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a mindset of quick deployment and iteration.
• Expertise in or willingness to become an expert in the alternative investments space.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.
