What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.
• Build scalable identity verification primitives and standards for the MetaMask product stack.
• Design seamless, low-friction KYC experiences to reduce time-to-first-transaction.
• Drive platform adoption by partnering with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer.
• Balance privacy, trust, and global regulatory compliance requirements.
• Lead end-to-end execution and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products.
• Strong background in fintech with exposure to Web3.
• Hands-on experience working with IDV vendors like Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity.
• Familiarity with compliance workflows including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD).
• Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams.
• Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience.
