What you will do
- Serve as the executive-level point of contact for top pharmaceutical clients, building long-term partnerships with C-suite and business unit leaders.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to drive expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and manage renewals while proactively addressing retention risks.
- Identify and drive new business within existing accounts through tailored prospecting and networking.
- Partner with internal Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to negotiate complex agreements.
- Provide data-driven feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS account management, preferably in Life Sciences or Pharma.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
- Must be based in Copenhagen with the right to work in Denmark.
- Proven track record of managing and growing multi-million-dollar strategic enterprise portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deal negotiation and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time.
