Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark (Onsite at a co-working space).

What you will do

  • Establish and grow hirify.global’s sales presence in Denmark from the ground up.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with influential retail and e-commerce brands.
  • Represent the company at industry events and panels to elevate brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Share insights and best practices with the broader Nordic commercial team.

Requirements

  • Proven success in end-to-end B2B SaaS sales within Denmark.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English.
  • Experience running structured sales processes using methodologies like MEDDPICC or BANT.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build market presence independently.
  • Ability to navigate complex decision-making and influence multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape.
  • Experience working with markets in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
