What you will do
- Develop and own strategic account plans for global partners, defining joint priorities, target markets, and growth ambitions.
- Drive partner-led revenue generation across priority regions.
- Execute joint go-to-market initiatives in close alignment with internal Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships within partner organizations.
- Lead structured partner business reviews focused on performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable partner insights and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap and commercial direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior account management, partner management, or alliance roles within a global B2B environment.
- Proven success with partner-led sales motions, co-selling, and joint GTM initiatives.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid forecasting, planning, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to navigate and align multiple stakeholder groups across organizations and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
