Account Manager (SaaS): Driving net revenue growth through expansion, upsell, and strategic account development within a portfolio of Nordic mid-market customers. Location: Must be based in Denmark (Copenhagen), Norway (Oslo), or Sweden (Stockholm) with a hybrid working setup.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Nordic mid-market accounts.
  • Drive net new revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear commercial solutions and data-driven insights.
  • Execute structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within SaaS or technology.
  • Strong track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR.
  • Experience working in mid-market or complex customer environments.
  • Highly structured approach with a proactive, commercial mindset.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Denmark, Norway, or Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Experience in construction, telematics, fleet, or industrial environments.
  • Understanding of hardware and software value propositions.
