What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of Nordic mid-market accounts.
- Drive net new revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion strategies.
- Lead the full commercial cycle in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into clear commercial solutions and data-driven insights.
- Execute structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within SaaS or technology.
- Strong track record of growing accounts and increasing ARR.
- Experience working in mid-market or complex customer environments.
- Highly structured approach with a proactive, commercial mindset.
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Must be located in or able to work from Denmark, Norway, or Sweden.
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, telematics, fleet, or industrial environments.
- Understanding of hardware and software value propositions.
