What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop six SMB Account Managers across Denmark.
- Drive commercial performance in GOV, Ads, Promotions, Drive, and Storefront.
- Support team in partner relationships, commercial negotiations, and operational problem-solving.
- Build high-ownership team through priorities, coaching, and performance follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
- Solid experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
- Experience leading commercial teams, setting goals, coaching, and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills using dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance data.
- Excellent relationship builder across functions with high ownership and collaborative style.
