TL;DR

Focus on identifying and qualifying decision-makers in operations-heavy industries, maintaining high-quality CRM hygiene, and collaborating with Account Executives to accelerate deal progression.

Location: Must be based in Europe or Ukraine and comfortable working European hours.

What you will do

  • Identify and research target enterprise accounts using prospecting tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers in construction, energy, and field services sectors.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and multi-thread into key buyer organizations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and lead status within HubSpot.
  • Represent the company at occasional industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record in enterprise prospecting.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage KPIs and pipeline independently.
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Europe or Ukraine and able to travel occasionally for industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into construction, energy, field services, or aviation industries.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong.
  • Fluency in an additional European language, especially German.
  • Interest in long-term career growth into full-cycle or AE-adjacent roles.
