What you will do

• Own Americas retail logistics end-to-end: optimize existing retail channels and onboard 6 new retailers in the pipeline.
• Evaluate retailer routing guides and technical requirements, set up 3PL partners, and ensure error-free launches.
• Enforce compliance for routing guides, packaging/labeling mandates, and EDI readiness; protect delivery standards and brand reputation.
• Drive financial performance by running freight cost-to-serve analyses (Prepaid vs. Collect), reducing total retail cost-per-unit, and improving PO-to-delivery cycle times.
• Build and own chargeback deduction/dispute processes and defend company margins against retail penalties.
• Lead a team of 2 direct reports and act as the logistics bridge between retail operations, 3PL partners, and internal Trade and Logistics teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in retail logistics, B2B wholesale distribution, or supply chain operations, including 2+ years of direct people management experience in a product-shipping industry (e.g., CPG, Consumer Electronics, Apparel).
• Deep technical expertise in retail compliance and chargeback management, including routing guide analysis, EDI setup management, and systematic auditing/dispute processes.
• Strong financial and operational analytical skills, including freight cost-to-serve modeling, Prepaid vs. Collect evaluation, and PO-to-delivery cycle time optimization.
• Experience collaborating with Trade Compliance and Global Logistics teams to support distribution nodes, with exposure to Canada/LATAM distribution considered a plus.
• High data literacy and continuous-improvement mindset, translating logistics data into actionable workflow automation and cost-down initiatives.
• Not considering candidates residing in: Alaska (AK), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Nebraska (NE), South Dakota (SD), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).
