Area Sales Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Present and communicate company products to management at Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify and manage sales prospects within an assigned local region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential dealer partners.
• Train dealer staff on Western Funding programs and contract documentation requirements.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to drive funded deal volume.
• Conduct effective communication via phone and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
