Location: Must be based in or near New York, NY, with a hybrid in-office requirement.
Salary: $135,000–$150,000 base.

What you will do
- Own the squad roadmap end-to-end, translating company goals into focused initiatives and actionable backlogs.
- Partner with Design to drive UX quality from concept to delivery, ensuring edge cases are addressed.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements to final sign-off.
- Identify platform gaps and build business cases for new features based on usage trends.
- Leverage AI tools to sharpen output and identify opportunities to embed AI into product experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
- Strong UX judgment and ability to partner effectively with Design teams.
- Ability to write detailed, unambiguous requirements for engineering teams.
- Experience managing a wide portfolio of features and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
