What you will do

• Lead the development of large initiatives across B2B and B2C surfaces, including employer dashboards and AI agent experiences.
• Define product requirements and execute strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user research and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and product health metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the overall product culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience launching software products.
• Domain expertise in fintech, health insurance, or healthcare benefits (HSA/FSA/HRA).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping LLM-based features or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience spanning both B2B and B2C products.
• Knowledge of IRS regulations and benefits compliance.
• MBA degree.
