What you will do
- Lead the development of large initiatives across B2B and B2C surfaces, including employer dashboards and AI agent experiences.
- Define product requirements and execute strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user research and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and product health metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the overall product culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience launching software products.
- Domain expertise in fintech, health insurance, or healthcare benefits (HSA/FSA/HRA).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping LLM-based features or AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience spanning both B2B and B2C products.
- Knowledge of IRS regulations and benefits compliance.
- MBA degree.
