What you will do
- Improve outcomes of a user-facing AI agent handling 100k+ weekly conversations.
- Build agent capabilities using prompts, evals, skills, and introspection tools.
- Design hybrid UI/conversational UX primitives for AI interactions.
- Create and accelerate continuous improvement loops from problems to scaled AI solutions.
- Redefine and establish quality metrics for agentic conversations.
- Partner with Conversation UX and Platform teams to unlock novel AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Must be based in Seattle, Toronto, New York, or South San Francisco.
- Technical expertise, including a background in computer science or experience leading technical products.
- Proven track record of leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
