Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of CCH Axcess Tax capabilities, ensuring alignment with tax regulations and professional workflows.
• Lead one or more Scrum teams using Agile practices, facilitating ceremonies and supporting quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and efficient software solutions for tax professionals.
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product roadmaps and technical plans.
• Implement Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback loops to refine compliance features and workflows.
• Monitor product performance metrics and regulatory changes to drive proactive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technology product management.
• Proven track record of managing SaaS products, preferably within the tax or financial technology sectors.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.
• Ability to translate market trends and customer needs into product strategies.
• Must be based in the USA (Coppell, TX, Wichita, KS, or Kennesaw, GA) for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax or similar tax compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and accounting firm workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software development.
• CSPO or equivalent Agile certification.
