Sr Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and technical recommendations to prospects and customers.
• Develop and maintain technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews.
• Assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs).
• Document customer technical requirements and manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) documentation to track objectives.
• Provide technical support for partners and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to other Solutions Engineers.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and other corporate events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support, or implementation engineer in PAM, Identity Security, SIEM, or CIEM.
• 7+ years of experience working for global software vendors.
• Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Databases, and Network Devices.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and French.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, or CEH.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global products.
• Proficiency in API and Webhook scripting.
