What you will do

  • Act as a power user of the hirify.global Platform to help customers achieve their ICS security goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as their primary technical advisor.
  • Proactively resolve technical issues and provide guidance to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and product management teams to champion customer needs.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify service opportunities and training needs to improve the business unit's offerings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, specifically as a SOC analyst or cybersecurity engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Proficiency with SOC/SIEM workflows (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic).
  • Understanding of network segmentation, secure remote access, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with SecOps concepts, including Event Triage, Incident Response, and Investigation.
  • Must be based in the United States.
