Senior Solution Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in the United States. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end customer experience and successful delivery of professional services.
• Deploy, integrate, and operationalize endpoint detection and response capabilities across a broad enterprise.
• Develop engineering artifacts including system design diagrams, data flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Lead technical exchange meetings and collaborate with diverse internal and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor system health, availability, and functionality while providing recommendations for technical improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues, perform log reviews, and coordinate with product support teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph required.
• Active DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical capacity within cybersecurity operations or systems engineering.
• Proficiency with hirify.global Endpoint Security, ePO, DLP, EDR, TIE, and DXL.
• Experience with Active Directory, virtualization, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and enterprise networks.
• B.S. or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, IT, or Engineering).
