What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide high-level technical support.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos to explain the benefits of hirify.global products to enterprise customers.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) trials to demonstrate the fit and value of proposed solutions.
• Identify customer business challenges and map them to appropriate hirify.global security and networking solutions.
• Create professional content, such as white papers and blog posts, to share expertise with the community and peers.
• Represent hirify.global at industry-focused events and provide thought leadership in cybersecurity and networking.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Proven experience with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

• Strong grasp of application workflows in hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with SIEM, log analytics, and challenges related to VPN/remote access.
• Deep understanding of routing, subnetting, SD-WAN, and common security threats like DDoS and malware.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Architect.
