What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve maintenance tickets for security infrastructure.
• Manage daily system monitoring, user access administration, software upgrades, and change control processes.
• Schedule and oversee vendor site visits and validate the completion of work.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Provide documentation, audit support, and after-hours assistance for secure operations.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in security systems maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, tickets, and projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV or Reno, NV, US
