What you will do

• Own the creation, maintenance, and optimization of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Standardize templates and workflows to accelerate dealer onboarding and reduce operational burden.
• Operationalize scalable solutions to support global market needs.
• Ensure compliance with opt-in rules and exclusion lists for targeted campaigns.
• Oversee campaign scheduling, dealer notifications, and performance reporting.
• Maintain documentation and playbooks for operational processes.

Requirements

• Must have current Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing data architecture.
• Experience scaling digital products for enterprise or global dealer networks.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and governance practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer certification.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Adobe content management systems.
