TL;DR

Manager, Client Operations (Project Management): Coordinating paid media projects, creative development workflows, and stakeholder communication with an accent on relationship management and project execution. Focus on managing fast-moving work-streams across paid media, creative, social, and influencer initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL or San Diego, CA). Candidates in California, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Florida may also be considered.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 a year

What you will do

  • Coordinate day-to-day management of paid media projects from client briefing and kickoff through launch and delivery.
  • Manage creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, and client status updates.
  • Shepherd creative deliverables through client legal and compliance review processes.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, status documents, and meeting notes.
  • Partner with client service, creative, media, and social teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify project risks and resource constraints to drive solutions and escalation paths.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management or account coordination experience within a media agency environment.
  • Experience managing paid media, creative production, social media, and/or influencer marketing projects.
  • Working knowledge of digital and social creative asset specifications for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and display.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows and creative approval processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the USA (preference for CA, TX, OK, IL, and FL).

Nice to have

  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Wrike, or Asana.
  • Experience working on regulated or compliance-sensitive brands.
  • Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows.
  • Experience within integrated agency teams or multi-agency client environments.
