What you will do

• Develop and own client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Drive project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all in-scope work.
• Identify project risks, develop response plans, and monitor active issues.
• Host kickoff meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with professional services teams to allocate resources and track tasks.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for key milestones like UAT and Go-Live.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of project management or program experience.
• Experience managing timelines, customer budgets, and resource forecasting.
• Understanding of Salesforce technology and previous experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with personal injury firms, insurance defense, or corporate legal departments.
• Knowledge of matter/case management, billing practices, or ERP solutions.
• Project Management Institute certification.
