What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development and execution of global digital initiatives aligned with brand positioning.
• Drive integrated project timelines across fashion, social, content, e-commerce, and media teams.
• Oversee agency collaboration to ensure premium output and on-time delivery.
• Define and evolve global social media strategy while supervising content calendars.
• Lead digital content development for institutional initiatives and e-commerce shoots.
• Implement structured processes to ensure consistency across global markets.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or project management within luxury beauty or prestige fashion.
• Proven experience managing multi-market rollouts and high-visibility global launches.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and global image control.
• Experience working with creative and production agencies at premium standards.
• Highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills across global and local teams.
• Must be based in Paris, France for this 6-month temporary contract (CDD).
