What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud and Public Sector implementation projects across the full SDLC.
• Manage project scope, schedules, financials, risks, and client expectations.
• Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and governance meetings.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to validate technical solution strategies.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping workshops and effort estimation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Salesforce projects in consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce Public Sector and Government Cloud implementations.
• 8+ years of experience leading Agile software delivery initiatives.
• Active PMP certification is required.
• Strong technical acumen in Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data migration.
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cannabis industry.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Consultant, Architect).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe).
• Experience with GovCloud Plus or MuleSoft integrations.
