What you will do

• Architect a global Hub and Spoke organization integrating brand narrative, technical engagement, and social hirify.globalligence.
• Translate enterprise brand narrative into a multi-channel global social strategy for developers, gamers, and AI chatbots.
• Transform social listening into a predictive hirify.globalligence function to surface real-time market and competitive insights.
• Build a world-class community management function across traditional apps, developer forums, Reddit, and Discord.
• Integrate generative and agentic AI into the social content supply chain for hyper-personalized storytelling.
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on brand momentum and narrative risk.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in global social, creative, or integrated marketing at Fortune 500 scale.
• BS in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and marketing orchestration tools.
• Strong technical understanding of x86 and AI workloads.
• Must be based in the US (Santa Clara, CA) for a hybrid work model.
