Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 (Base) + 10% target bonus

What you will do
- Lead the strategic response for RFPs and new business pitches, developing winning narratives.
- Translate complex client business problems into actionable creative and media briefs.
- Formulate integrated communication strategies across full-funnel channels including traditional, digital, and commerce.
- Act as a lead stakeholder for the Kepler Intelligence Platform (Kip) to improve planning tech and forecasting.
- Manage and grow a team of strategic planners, fostering a culture of analytical thinking.
- Present strategic recommendations to CMOs and senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-funnel performance media planning, brand strategy, or communications planning.
- Proven track record in high-pressure business development and winning RFPs.
- Expertise in journey mapping and developing consumer-centric communications plans.
- Ad-tech fluency with experience in media planning tools like GWI, NMI, YouGov, or eMarketer.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior client leadership.
- US work authorization required for this role.
