What you will do

• Synthesize key story elements into punchy hooks and creative briefs for paid performance.
• Write compelling ad copy that drives user acquisition and engagement.
• Own the creative production lifecycle from concept to iteration based on performance data.
• Partner with the UA team to align creative assets with funnel signals and business goals.
• Monitor BookTok, Bookstagram, and Reddit to identify emerging trends and story tropes.
• Experiment with AI video and image editing tools to build and iterate on assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or content marketing.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to write high-converting hooks.
• Deep familiarity with romance tropes and active presence in reading communities.
• Strong analytical instincts and proficiency in performance metrics.
• Experience working alongside paid/UA teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with creative tools including CapCut, Premiere Pro, and AI video software.
