SailPoint IAM Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension). Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands. Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate! Experience: 8-10 years. Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA: We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IAM Engineer with expertise in Identity Access Management to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile Scrum team environment to deliver IAM solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.

• Design, configure, and maintain SailPoint IAM integrations and workflows.
• Perform troubleshooting and optimization of IAM processes and connectors.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of troubleshooting and configuring connectors in SailPoint environments.
• Experience with enterprise workflow design, advanced troubleshooting, and creation of complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience in building, releasing, importing, and managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) related changes.

• Experience implementing and managing enterprise and cloud-based security access systems, including Federation and SAML.
• Advanced knowledge of IAM ecosystems, including SailPoint, Active Directory, SAP, and related technologies.
• Experience customizing SailPoint components such as Rules (BeanShell/Java), Workflows, Forms, Policies, and Certifications (Access Reviews).
• Experience managing UAT and Production deployments, release activities, and production support.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CCIE Security.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and/or LDAP.
