What you will do

• Define and maintain the operational technology security vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Design high-level OT architectures to support secure operations, innovation, and lifecycle management.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear architectural blueprints and decision frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between operational IT and OT processes, focusing on security and compliance.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and security stakeholders to drive architectural alignment and adoption.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operational technology or hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Proven experience as a System Architect or OT Architect in complex, high-tech organizations.
• Deep knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and secure OT network architectures.
• Experience with architecture frameworks and modeling (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF, ISA-95, NIST CSF).
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as GICSP or ISA/IEC 62443.
• Agile or SAFe certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
