What you will do

• Act as a consultant and advisor within the first line risk team, providing expert guidance on risk management and control activities.
• Translate Risk Control Frameworks between 2LoR and 1LoR IT and provide guidance for 1LoR teams.
• Coordinate risk and control activities in the IT domain, including training for 1LoR IT.
• Resolve ad hoc and urgent risk topics for senior and executive management levels.
• Maintain a structured and increasingly automated methodology for answering regulatory questionnaires (e.g., from the ECB).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Risk Management function within technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as COBIT and ISO 27000.
• Knowledge of Assurance reports, including ISAE 3402 and AICPA SOC reports.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence complex organizational dynamics.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or the EU.

Nice to have
