Salary: €5,876 - €10,074 gross monthly

What you will do

• Challenge business units to embed IT security by design and nudge DevOps teams to shift security left.
• Translate technical risks into clear business insights for technology stack owners and executives.
• Balance AI adoption with digital sovereignty and responsible innovation.
• Review high-risk third parties in collaboration with procurement and business owners.
• Co-author standards for foundational technology components, including cryptography and AI vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with the CISO Office, Red Team, and Audit to ensure high-quality engineering and control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk and assurance functions within a large organization (>10,000 FTE).
• Experience working in a heavily regulated industry such as finance.
• University bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complex technical topics into business decisions.
• Natural understanding of security risk management and standards.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain CISSP and CISM certifications.

Nice to have

• CISA or other assurance-related certifications.
• ISACA’s AAIA certification.
