What you will do

• Maintain and develop the group-wide ISMS aligned with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.
• Advise executive leadership on cyber risks and support GDPR compliance efforts.
• Manage external SOC service providers and lead incident response as the Incident Commander.
• Oversee technical security architecture including EDR, IAM, and network segmentation.
• Conduct internal audits and manage third-party risk assessment processes.
• Lead security awareness initiatives and internal phishing simulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in information security.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proven experience with ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and managing external security partners.
• Ability to operate effectively across both executive and technical environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are highly desirable.
