What you will do

• Define and execute global strategy for Cyber Exposure Management and Security Architecture aligned to business transformation.
• Lead multi-year cybersecurity modernization programs across global environments.
• Manage enterprise-wide exposure capabilities, including vulnerability and attack surface management.
• Develop future-state security architecture supporting cloud transformation and AI adoption.
• Partner with enterprise AI teams to ensure secure adoption, governance, and model protection.
• Collaborate with global executives to translate complex technical risks into business value.

Requirements

• 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience in large global enterprises.
• Proven track record in Security Architecture, Exposure Management, or Cloud Security.
• Experience leading large, globally distributed teams.
• Strong technical expertise in AWS, Azure, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Must be based in a European or American country where hirify.global has an office.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AIGP, or AAISM.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives.
• Background in multinational Fortune 500 environments.
• Familiarity with OT and industrial environments.
• Advanced degree or certifications like CCSP, TOGAF, CEH or GIAC.
