What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end candidate communication throughout the recruitment, relocation, and settlement journey.
- Manage candidate applications, pipeline progression, and interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Develop and maintain recruitment workflows, SOPs, and internal guides to ensure operational consistency.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning and hiring execution.
- Deliver candidate information sessions and webinars regarding relocation and transition to Canada.
- Support recruitment campaigns, university roadshows, and industry relationship-building efforts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, or HR project support.
- Must be based in Canada to support domestic and international recruitment operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and ATS platforms.
- Proficiency in Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, documentation, and presentation skills for creating resources and leading webinars.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for recruitment missions and events.

- Experience with immigration pathways, licensure, and credential validation for international hires.
- Proven track record in process improvement and developing operational handbooks.
