What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles across EMEA and AMER/LATAM regions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with role requirements.
  • Enhance employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and deliver regular recruitment metrics reports.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM regions.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications.
  • Experience with innovative sourcing techniques or AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages prevalent in EMEA or LATAM regions.
