What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for call center agents, team leads, and operational roles.
• Source candidates across multiple channels and build efficient hiring funnels.
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate the entire hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment workflows and data in ATS systems.
• Support employer branding and contribute to recruitment process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
• Understanding of call center operations and hiring specifics.
• English proficiency: B2–C1+ level required.
• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to build funnels quickly.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
