Salmon Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Digital) to help scale its Digital & Product teams in a fast-growing international fintech environment.

This is a strong fit for recruiters with hands-on experience hiring for product, digital, or tech roles, especially in high-growth or startup settings.

What you’ll do:
— own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
— hire across digital and product functions, including product managers, designers, marketers, and analysts
— build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other talent channels
— partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
— manage and optimize ATS workflows to ensure efficient processes and strong candidate experience
— track recruitment funnel performance, conversion metrics, and use data to improve hiring outcomes
— conduct market research and stay close to talent trends in digital, product, and tech hiring

What we’re looking for:
— 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on digital, product, or technical hiring
— strong sourcing skills and confidence identifying talent across multiple channels
— full-cycle recruitment ownership experience
— strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— experience with recruitment analytics and funnel optimisation
— English at B2 level or higher
— startup / fast-scaling / international company experience is a strong plus
