What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a mix of field and corporate positions across assigned regions.
• Manage high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality and hiring manager partnership.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networking, and market research to engage passive talent.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and candidate evaluations to ensure alignment in skills and culture.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and compliance documentation within the ATS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in multi-site or high-volume environments.
• Proven success recruiting both field-based and corporate office positions.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with a focus on quality of hire.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
