What you will do
- Develop clause libraries, playbooks, and repeatable workflows to make legal work searchable and scalable.
- Implement AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to automate repetitive tasks and improve document analysis.
- Perform first-pass contract review and issue-spotting for NDAs, vendor agreements, and order forms.
- Maintain contract trackers, obligation logs, renewal calendars, and legal request intake systems.
- Support capital markets and bank partnerships by extracting key terms, comparing drafts, and organizing document sets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with BD, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams for legal process execution.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, or paralegal work.
- Strong analytical reading and writing ability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to review legal documents and identify definitions, obligations, deadlines, and cross-references.
- Genuine interest and eagerness to leverage AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Comfort handling confidential legal, business, and financial information.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, credit cards, banking, or lending.
- Background supporting corporate legal departments, law firms, or compliance teams.
- Familiarity with diligence processes in regulated industries.
- Experience with document comparison tools, trackers, and structured summaries.
