What you will do
- Develop and execute business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Engage with IT decision-makers to provide consultative sales support for observability and database products.
- Partner with sales engineering to conduct online product demonstrations and evaluations.
- Identify and close cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
