TL;DR

Account Executive (SMB): Managing full-cycle sales for small and mid-market prospects with an accent on closing qualified leads provided by the SDR team. Focus on territory planning, conducting product demos, and negotiating contract terms to meet monthly sales quotas.

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid: in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads, from discovery calls to closing.
  • Conduct technical product demos tailored to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and implementation details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful prospect evaluation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong business acumen and professional communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar technical solutions.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
