What you will do
- Manage a book of business consisting of 300–400 accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Identify, pitch, and close upsell and renewal opportunities for Martindale-Avvo products.
- Proactively handle customer cancellation inquiries using consultative problem-solving to reduce churn.
- Provide strategic, data-driven marketing recommendations to optimize client digital presence and advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics and historical trends to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Maintain high activity levels and precise sales forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in a solutions-oriented environment.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, preferably with phone sales experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and standard business tools.
- Ability to work from the Seattle office to utilize local benefits and resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
