Salary: $281,200–$351,500 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year software roadmap for the Genetics portfolio, including Women's Health, Organ Health, and Emerging Business / Rare Disease Diagnostics.
• Lead Digital Product Managers, Product Solution Architects, and Integration Engineers to translate complex clinical needs into technical requirements.
• Partner with the VP of Software Engineering to leverage a shared pool of ~350 engineers for technical implementation.
• Oversee product integration across provider portals, EMR systems, LIMS, and bioinformatics pipelines.
• Ensure all software products meet the stringent requirements of CLIA/CAP-certified and FDA-regulated environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software product engineering or technology leadership.
• Significant background in Clinical Genomics, Diagnostics, or Rare Disease.
• Proven track record of leading complex multi-product portfolios and managing senior leaders (Directors/Sr. Directors).
• Deep understanding of LIMS, Portals, and EMR infrastructure required for high-volume genetic testing.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-throughput Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) laboratory workflows.
• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or Computer Science.
