What you will do

• Partner with client groups to identify staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, technical acumen, and organizational fit.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from application to offer, including salary recommendations and closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and prospective candidates.
• Manage recruitment reporting and metrics to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in software or technology.
• Solid understanding of the entire recruitment process from planning to pre-boarding.
• Proven experience screening candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using diverse web-based tools and search strings.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with executives and senior managers.
• Must be based in or within commutable distance to Salt Lake City, UT.
